Our Philosophy
Our holistic approach addresses all aspects of your child's environment. Before any sleep training, we prioritize and meet children's needs, so they naturally sleep well.
Most parents get sleep results with little to no crying.
We do not support self-soothing for young infants if their needs are unmet. Longer self-soothing periods are inappropriate for young children.
With this approach, your baby will learn to:
- Sleep longer stretches at night
- Connect nap cycles during the day
- Fall asleep independently in their crib
Meeting Your Child's Needs First
Our natural process works best when your baby's needs are met consistently in a sleep-friendly environment. Starting early prevents the never-ending requirement for holding, rocking, or using pacifiers and swings.
At The Early Weeks, we believe you can't spoil a baby. Parents are encouraged to respond to their child in a way that feels right.
